My name is Chef Kelsey Arrington and I am the dreamer behind the dream, and this business is my dream! Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always dreamed of operating my own business, so this has been in the making for a long time! I was also introduced to the art of baking as a child by my grandmother, sharing her recipes and techniques with me! And while we cultivated pastries together, so too my love for baking cultivated. Since then, I have gone on to train at upscale restaurants and bakeries, honing my skills and techniques! Now I am ready to introduce you to my pastries that are a blend of family recipes and modern technique!
